Machines with Magnets Studio is proud to welcome renowned percussionist CHRIS CORSANO! Chris Corsano is a drummer from New England, United States. He often performs in an improvisation duo with saxophonist Paul Flaherty. He has also recorded material with artists such as Evan Parker, Dredd Foole,Sunburned Hand of the Man, Six Organs of Admittance, Kim Gordon, Thurston Moore, Matt Valentine, Nels Cline,Vibracathedral Orchestra, Cold Bleak Heat, Jim O'Rourke, Jandek, Michael Flower, and C. Spencer Yeh as well releasing numerous solo recordings. With local performers: HOUSE RED (vocals and electronics by Rebecca Mitchell of Made in Mexico, Whore Paint, and Houseboy), ALEXANDER DUPUIS and ADAM MOROSKY (live-manipulated digital video and modular synthesizer), LUKE MOLDOF (Brown University PhD candidate in electronic music, releases on Hospital Productions), and DOUBLE DRAGON (Drums and trumpet duo of Joe & Sean from Honda Civic). DJ PARTY TOM starts at 8:00pm / performances at 9:00pm.
